How Qualified and trained is your staff?

Would you train my staff?
Yes. We provide training to your staff for all the software that are used for your project, which will enable them to send us your documents.

 

Will you replace my current staff?
We have the capability to take care of all your outsourced jobs. You can decide whether to use our services for part or all of your outsourced jobs. This leaves you with the alternative to channelize your current resources to other core aspects of your business as well.

How scalable are your services?
We have a flexible work process and policy. We hire qualified staff in all discipline, enabling us to take up your project as and when required. What software do you work with? Can you work on my customized software?
We work with all the popular accounting software programs such as QuickBooks, Peachtree, MYOB, Tally and ERP Systems.
We can also work on any of your customized software or develop one which will be an exact fit to your accounting needs.

 

What is the cost of hiring you? How do you calculate the rates?
The cost of hiring us depends on your service requirements. Once we receive your expression of interest to hire us, our costing team will work out the finer details and get back to you with a quote.

How can you afford low rates?
We have invested in developing processes that allows faster turnover. This, along with our experienced and qualified staff allows us to reduce our overhead and bring down our cost. We, in turn, pass on this reduction in cost to you.

 

What do I need to do to retain your services?

Yes, we enter into a written agreement after the details are worked out.

How do I send documents to you?
You can send us your company 's documents via any four options: Mail, fax, scan or email

 

What about the security of my data?

Credo has a stringent policy to ensure privacy and confidentiality of all data.

Can I have more than one contact person?

To avoid confusion in communication, we prefer to deal with a single representative from your side. On our end as well, we will have only one dedicated Account Manager working on your project.  However, we always welcome your ideas in improving our processes.
 

After signing up, what kind of support will be available to me and who will service my account?
We are deeply committed to client satisfaction and guarantee responsiveness and a solutions-oriented approach that will exceed your expectations. On signing up, you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager, who will be able to answer all your questions. You will receive telephone, email and chat based assistance. If required, your Account Manager would be glad to visit you personally.

How can I make the payments?

You can pay us via Check, Money Transfer, Pay Pal.
 

What recourse will I have if I am unsatisfied with your services?
You can cancel our services by giving the cause for termination in writing (email, fax or in person). This shall be followed by a one-month cure period after which you can cancel our service. You need to have settled your pending fees before the cancellation of our services.
